APPARENT LOSS OR DAMAGE
UPON RECEIPT OF THIS SHIPMENT, IF
VISUAL INSPECTION SHOWS
LOSS OR DAMAGE, IT MUST BE NOTED ON THE FREIGHT BILL OR
EXPRESS RECEIPT AND SIGNED BY THE CARRIER'S AGENT AND
RECEIVER. FAILURE TO DO THIS COULD RESULT IN THE CARRIER
REFUSING TO HONOR THE CLAIM. THE CARRIER WILL PROVIDE THE
NECESSARY FORMS FOR FILING A CLAIM.
CONCEALED DAMAGE
WHEN DAMAGE IS NOT APPARENT UNTIL
THE PRODUCT IS UNPACKED,
A CLAIM FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE MUST BE FILED. WHEN DAMAGE
IS DISCOVERED, MAKE A WRITTEN OR PHONE REQUEST TO THE
CARRIER FOR INSPECTION. A CLAIM FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE
MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS OF DELIVERY.
KEEP ALL CARTONS AND FILLERS. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE
THE UNIT WAS DAMAGED.

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED DURING NORMAL BUSINESS
HOURS
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY USUALLY FROM 11AM TO 5PM LOCAL TIME.

FREIGHT AUTHORITY REPRESENTATIVE FOR RATES.
PACKAGING & CONTAINERS
ITEMS AND CARGO TO BE SHIPPED MUST BE PACKED
CORRECTLY
WITH CORRECT PACKING MATERIALS TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE IN
EITHER BOXES, PALLETS, CRATES, OR CONTAINERS. SHIPMENTS WILL
BE INSPECTED AT TIME OF PICK UP FOR DAMAGE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW
PROPER
PACKING PRACTICES MAY RESULT IN REFUSAL OF DAMAGE CLAIM.
